1. Conflict of Interest

• Judges must declare any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from evaluating entries where a conflict exists.

• If an applicant has a direct conflict with a judge, their submission may be disqualified to maintain fairness and integrity.

 

2. Submission Rules

• One Submission Per Company: Each company may apply for only one category.

• Submission Period: Opens 7 April and closes 30 May. Late submissions will not be accepted but may be considered for the next edition of the awards.

• Submission Process: All entries must be submitted exclusively to CT Event Asia’s authorized team. Submissions sent to judges or unauthorized individuals will not be considered.

3.  Submission Criteria

• Applicants must provide compelling achievement to support their nomination in one of the following formats:

  • a 1-minute Full HD video showcasing achievements and impact.

  • a written testimony (maximum 500 words) with supporting materials.

  • a visual portfolio (e.g., infographics, images, or presentation slides) highlighting key milestones and outcomes.

• Submissions should reflect genuine accomplishments and must adhere to category-specific requirements.

4. Shortlisting & Evaluation Process

• All categories require nominations. Submissions will be reviewed based on their alignment with category criteria, industry relevance, and overall merit.

• For the CPO of the Year Award, an additional interview session will be conducted as part of the assessment process.

5. Voting & Final Decision

• Judges' Evaluation: 70% of the final decision.

• Audience Voting: 30% of the final decision. (Each attendee may cast one vote per category.)

• Final Authority: The judging panel has the decisive vote, and in the event of a tie, the Chair Judge will determine the winner.

6. Data Privacy

• By submitting an application, nominees agree that CT Event Asia may collect, store, and utilize personal and company information solely for award-related purposes.

7. Declaration of Agreement

• By participating, all applicants confirm that:

  • Their submission is truthful, accurate, and represents their company’s actual achievements.

  • They understand that incomplete or misleading entries may lead to disqualification.

  • They agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the award process.
